Wedding Caterer Agreement

Policy & Restrictions

The caterer will provide LMPC with a signed copy of this agreement.
Use of church equipment must be cleared through the facility staff.
All decorations must be removed immediately following the event.
The kitchen is to be left neat and clean.
The use of alcoholic beverages is forbidden in the church or on the grounds of the church.
It is understood that wedding vendors and their employees are prohibited from the use of tobacco or drugs of any kind, alcohol, foul language or discourteous actions on the premises of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.

- The requirements in this agreement are binding. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in the caterer’s loss of privileges to cater events at the Church.
- The caterer understands and agrees to comply with the Church’s policy and restrictions for catering as set out in this agreement.
- Use of church equipment must be cleared through the facilities staff who can provide you with a complete list of available equipment for rehearsal dinner or reception use.
- The caterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Church (including its employees, agents, and representatives) from any and all liability for injury or damage including, but not limited to, bodily injury, personal injury, emotional injury, or property damage which may result from the caterer’s use of the Church premises and surrounding areas for user’s purposes.
