Food for Friends

 A homemade meal cooked and carried in love to those in need is the purpose of the Food for Friends Ministry. The women's ministry is happy to provide meals for anyone during stressful times, such as illness, hospitalization, or the birth of a baby.

To contribute food or receive from this ministry, contact  Judie Finch (423-821-4528). To arrange meals for new mothers contact Margaret Compton by email  jmcompton@bellsouth.net 

The LMPC Flower Committee

Love, thought and preparation are invested in the flower arrangements at the altar in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. These arrangements are usually designed by the women of the LMPC flower committee. Their goal is to glorify God and his house with a bit of his own beautiful creation when the church family gathers for worship each Sunday morning.

Would you be interested in serving the church in this way?

The members of our flower committee faithfully serve on teams of 4-5 and rotate responsibilities throughout the year. Volunteers are always welcome to join existing groups. No experience is necessary as we are always willing to train.  Please email info@lmpc.org for more information.

PLACING FLOWERS IN THE SANCTUARY AS A MEMORIAL OR HONORARIUM

We welcome you to place a memorial or to honor someone special by donating flowers for the sanctuary to enhance Sunday morning worship. The memorial / honorarium will be acknowledged in that Sunday's bulletin. 

The dates listed below are available. To reserve a date, please submit a request with that date and personal contact information to: info@lmpc.org or by phoning the church office (423)821-4528.  You will be contacted personally to confirm your reservation. A suggested donation amount for an arrangement is $150.
