LMPC is pleased to accommodate requests for use of our facilities by members of LMPC as well as non-members. Please note the following guidelines when making your requests:

  • This facility request must be filled out and submitted to Scott Harrison, facility manager.
  • Submission of the request does not guarantee approval.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your request.
  • You must be an LMPC member to borrow equipment from the church for use off campus.
  • Limited audio equipment is available for use for church related activities only.
  • The use of alcohol is forbidden on the LMPC campus and/or grounds.
  • LMPC is a smoke free facility.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES for use of the Jane Harris Youth Building:

  • LMPC members may request use of the building on Monday through Saturday. A staff member of LMPC must accept responsibility for the request.
  • Non-members may request use of the building Monday through Friday at any time and on Saturday before 2:00 PM.
  • Any request to use the Jane Harris Youth Building may be delayed pending finalization of the youth calendar for the season in which your request is made. (fall - August; winter/spring - December; summer - May)
