Ralph Cunnington is the pastor of City Church Manchester, a church that was planted in September 2014. After seven years working as a university law professor, Ralph trained for pastoral ministry at the Wales Evangelical School of Theology and Westminster Seminary London. After having been involved in planting two churches in Birmingham he was appointed assistant pastor of a church in Liverpool with a brief for planting a new church elsewhere in the north-west of England. Ralph is a member of the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) and Affinity Theological Teams and is editor of Foundations – the theological journal of Affinity. He has also authored a new book titled Spirit-Empowered Preaching (Christian Focus, 2015) which looks at the relationship between Word and Spirit in preaching in the work of Calvin. As well as being passionate about evangelism and church planting, Ralph loves training and is involved in regular visits to Uganda to train pastors with Project Timothy. Ralph is married to Anna and they have three children: Sophie, Zach, and Jacob. You can learn more about City Church Manchester’s work by watching the videos on their vimeo page.

Holly was born and raised in Orange Park, FL. Her youth ministry experience while growing up was foundational to her growth as a Christian, and God used that experience to give her a heart for youth ministry as an adult. She has been involved in full time youth ministry since graduating from Covenant College in 2001. She was the assistant to the middle school youth director at LMPC from 2008 until October 2014. Over the last couple of years she has felt God calling her to overseas mission work. She will be joining Serge in London to do their Missionary Apprenticeship Program starting this September.
Tim & Annette Gulick
Annette and Tim Gulick, missionaries with OC International, have been mentoring and providing resources and training for youth leaders in the Spanish-speaking world since 1996. The website they began, ParaLideres.org (Spanish “For Leaders”) hosts more than 40,000 pages of free materials, including Bible studies, games, and training courses. The site is visited by an average of 9,000 individuals a day. They helped to set up an accredited university-level training and mentoring program for youth leaders in Argentina. They have written or co-written five youth ministry books, which opens up invitations for training events in various countries.
Elizabeth & Paul Musser
Elizabeth and Paul Musser serve with International Teams (IT) as pastoral caregivers to missionaries in Europe. The staff of IT is the Mussers’ congregation so they travel one third of the year and spend much of their time communicating with European teams. They also invest in local ministry when not directly working with IT. They began their missions work in France in 1983 and currently reside in Lyon where they are actively involved in a local church that has started two new churches in the last 18 months. Elizabeth also continues to use her gifts in writing novels, which are widely available in bookstores and in our church library. The Mussers have two sons: Andrew is married to Lacy and they have three small children, and Christopher lives and works in Chattanooga.
