*Note: This event has been rescheduled. If you are registered and can no longer attend the new date, please email jocelyn@lmpc.org.
Sacred Studio is an in-town women’s retreat based upon an event at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Birmingham by the same name. “Sacred” means “to connect with God” and “Studio” means “a place to create.” This weekend will attempt to give women the opportunity to do to both through fellowship over good meals, Gospel teaching, and creative workshops (“studios”). Our speaker will be Rachel Stevener; scroll down to find her bio, below.
Cost is $100 and includes two meals, two studios, a dessert reception, and a Sacred Studio notebook. Register on Realm Connect by January 15 and make your studio selections. (If cost is prohibitive, some scholarships are available. Please contact Caroline Scruggs.)
STUDIOS: iPhone Photography, Needlepoint, Ceramics, Collage, Floral Design, Jewelry, Liturgical Prayer, Mindful Movement, Tablescaping, Sourdough, Writing, Watercolors (Read descriptions on all studios here.)

RACHEL STEVENER BIO
Rachel Stevener is a pastor’s wife, mother to four daughters, and a singer/songwriter based in New York City. Proud to be a native Chattanoogan, she graduated from Vanderbilt University and got her master’s degree in biblical studies at RTS Charlotte. She loves talking about Jesus and what his Gospel means in our lives, whether over coffee, through writing, leading a Bible study, or in a song. Her most recent music project was an album written through the book of Lamentations, and she has also produced an EP and multiple singles varying in style from Americana to Indie Worship. She loves to run, lead worship, cook, be with people, and hopefully make you laugh.
