Sunday, August 13 – Sunday, September 3
According to the Salvation Army’s 2020 Annual Report, children who live in poverty for half their lives are 32x more likely to remain in poverty. Among the world’s 35 wealthiest countries, the U.S. has the second-highest child poverty rate. Our annual collection plays a crucial role in keeping the local food pantry stocked.
Help us make a difference by picking up a bag and shopping list, purchasing groceries, and dropping your donations back off at the church for distribution by the Salvation Army to individuals and families in our area.

does this collection really make a difference?
LMPC’s Build-a-Bag is relied upon each year by our local Salvation Army to fill their pantry. We need you to make this a success again this year! All donations are distributed by the Salvation Army to people in need in the greater Chattanooga area community.
